The dynamics of today’s global business environment are changing. Many industries are disrupted by continuous technological advancement. Incumbent firms are facing increased competition from existing and new competitors and heightened demands from a generation of technologically empowered and informed customers. The battle for the customers’ affection is intensifying and the first to crack the code will achieve a crucial competitive advantage.

I believe that customer orientation lies at the core of every good business strategy, and since the beginning of my education I have been strengthening my ability to deliver on this proposition. I have years of professional experience with marketing, having a particular focus on digital presence and technological innovation. Furthermore, my master combined qualitative and quantitative disciplines in a customer-oriented and holistic approach to marketing management.

I have learnt throughout my professional experience, that no company is stronger than the sum of its employees, and that all employees are stronger through the synergy of a team. The best teams are always those where colleagues are not afraid to admit their mistakes, where they motivate each other professionally, care about each other personally and feel like part of a unity. This is the sort of healthy and productive culture, I want to help build and maintain.

Professional Experience

Personal Assistant to Innovation Executive (Jul 2015 – Jul 2016)
As the personal assistant to the innovation executive of IBM Denmark my range of responsibilities were diverse: Researching on the management and marketing impact of disruptive technologies in numerous industries; Co-editing of IBMs global innovation community and its weekly newsletter; authoring on the innovation executive’s blog on IBM THINK and; moderating on weekly meetings between executives of IBM Denmark and Apple Denmark. I also proactively learned to program in VBA and developed a comprehensive excel-macro that reduced weekly workload by multiple hours. Furthermore, I was always available to the innovation executive to conduct diverse ad hoc assignments.

Intern, Department of Employer Branding (Jan 2015 – Apr 2015)
I contributed to the implementation of Nykredit’s Employer Value Propositions. Among my responsibilities I co-planned, executed and managed social media campaigns aimed at attracting talented graduates. I took initiative to conduct statistical analysis of the efficiency of recruitment efforts across multiple platforms and proposed changes to budget allocations accordingly. My contributions were well received and I was asked to write a guide on my method for planning social media campaigns and constructing individual content.

At Optimeo my job was to cold call potential clients and present Optimeo’s marketing solutions. I approached this job as an opportunity to improve my communicative skills under pressure. Over the last two months of my employment I was among the highest-performing of my colleagues.

Marketing Consultant (Aug 2013 – Jun 2014)
At Deskwolf I did consulting for small and medium-sized companies all over Denmark regarding their social media-marketing efforts. Understanding the client was crucial, as we together formulated content-strategies, plans and goals of effect. I specialized in analysis of customer segments and split-testing and regularly assisted with the execution and reporting of campaigns.

Cand.Merc.EMF - MSc in Economics and Marketing (Aug 2015 – Sep 2017)
My master programme at Copenhagen Business School put the customer’s behaviour and needs at the center of attention and focused on the combination of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies in making fact based marketing and management decisions. Copenhagen Business School is placed as number 13 on Quacquarelli Symonds ranking of business universities worldwide. GPA: 9.8 (B) - graduated among top 6%.

Master Thesis: Constituents of customer loyalty at Danske Bank
Combining qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, a thorough analysis of statistically significant drivers of customer loyalty for the student customers of the Danske Bank was conducted. Grade: 12 (A).

Federal University of Rio de Janeiro COPPEAD MBA school (Jul 2016 – Dec 2017)
COPPEAD has been ranked among the top 100 business schools worldwide. At COPPEAD I collaborated with business students from a multitude of cultural backgrounds and gained valuable and encouraging experiences with living abroad.
